HONOLULU — The Federal Emergency Organization Agency (FEMA) on Wednesday, August 9, approved the Conditions of Hawai‘i’s request for a disaster declaration to imparted assistance with the wind-whipped wildfires burning in Kula, Kīhei and Lahaina on Maui.
